Creative people - I need your help

I have half a yard of each of these gorgeous fabrics. What should I do with them? I have a few thoughts but want to hear what you would do. Inspire me, please...

Package them up and send them to ME!!! LOL

I'd make some bags - going thru a huge bag making phase at the moment! Or maybe some softies :)

Softies and I are not compatible, I'm afraid. When I eventually finish the poor monkey I'm working on at the moment, I'll show you just how much I suck at it. lol

Car has just bought NINE metres of fabrics, and doesn't need any. Send them to me instead!!!

I'd have a hard time cutting into these fabrics. Maybe a wallhanging quilt in a simple design, set with a white-on-white fabric to show off those gorgeous colours?

I have no idea - I think I'd just have them laid out on my sewing table so I could look at them occasionally.

I'm rooly helpful lol.

Right, well Car can bugger off -nine metres is just plain greedy!! ;p

Thanks LWD, you are on my wave length - I did have a white quilt in mind but I can't decide on a pattern. Too many choices and I'm actually having difficulty bringing myself to hack in to them.

Which brings me to Jenn's plan, and one I have actually already been executing for the last 8 weeks. So far, I've re-arranged their color order and unfolded & refolded them again. It's been quite a lot of fun but I may need to move on now. Sob sob...

'tis hard!

Beautiful fabric. I think quilt, something simple with squares to really show off the designs. I say this with such confidence, cause it's not me making it! Can't wait to see what you do.

I have been thinking on this for nearly a week and I have nothing.

Sorry

I don't sew, so am not much help, but I reakon they would look really cool just hanging up on the wall, stretched over some canvas.

See, that is about where my craftiness ends...

I'm with Jodes. They are very pretty - I'd be too scared to cut them just incase I ruined them!!

Oh oh oh, I've just seen this!!!

You could make them into bags, prints for the walls, makeup cases with the plastic over top, Journal covers, cushions or pop them in the mail to me. I promise to return the scraps when I am finished :)

They are lovely prints.

Ohh I love the canvas idea and it has now inspired me to find some suitable fabric for my new lounge room. I like the plastic make up bag idea too good for chrissy presents. If I wasn't so terrible at zips I would do it maybe you could do make up bag crayon roll style even
